How do I access my voicemail?

To access your voicemail, press the "Voicemail" button on the top of your phone.
If you do not have this button, you do not have voicemail.
Wait until the automated voice prompts you, then enter your password, which is the same one you use for the photocopier and alarm system.
If you did not make a password or you cannot remember it, please file a ticket and request that it be created, reset, or sent to you.
Once you have entered your password, press the pound (#) key on your phone.
The automated assistant will tell you about any missed calls and give you further options and instructions.
If you do have a voicemail button, but cannot access voicemail with your photocopier password, you likely do not have a mailbox. If you would like one, you may file a ticket.
