How can I call someone if I don't know what their extension is?

Luckily, the phone system has an internal directory containing everybody's name and extension.
On your phone, locate the pad with 4 arrows; in the lower right.
Press "Left" until the display shows "EXT Directory" or "Extension Directory".
Use the up and down arrows to navigate the list of names.
When you have found the name you want, press "SP Phone" or pick up the handset.
While the phone is dialing, you can see the extension number next to their name. Remember this number for future calls.
