My phone will not turn on

Please note: the phones use a single cable that is used for voice and power.

Did you recently move the phone? If you did, please return it to its original position. Plug the phone's cable back into the original port in the wall. If there are two ports in the same place, use the one on the bottom.

If you did not recently move the phone, it could be that the handset is simply off the hook, disabling the screen. Replace the earpiece in the cradle, and see if the problem is resolved.

Verify that the phone's single cable is plugged into the wall as well as the phone. Also check the cable for physical damage.
